Order Processing & Availability

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are also live on stream from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM EST, where you can join us for live product openings, Q&A, and community interaction.

Orders placed outside of stream hours are still processed normally and will be shipped during our standard fulfillment schedule.

 


 

For Live Orders:

Please be mindful when selecting your shipping option at checkout:

  • If you want your items shipped sealed, please select the “SHIPPED SEALED” option.

  • All other selections will result in your items being opened (ripped) live on stream.

If you fall asleep before your items are opened, don’t worry — your order will be held until the next live session. If you’re still not present on stream by then, the items will be shipped sealed.

 


 

Shipping Schedule & Discount Code

Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday.

Between cycles, returning customers may use code SHIPBEGONE to avoid additional shipping charges (provided shipping has already been paid once).

⚠️ Note: Shipping must be paid at least once before using this code.

 


 

Fulfillment Location

All orders ship from a secure fulfillment location, which may differ from our business registration address.

 


Shipping & Damage Policy
Each sealed product is carefully inspected and securely packaged with plenty of care to help ensure it arrives safely. Once your order has been shipped, however, we can’t be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Because of this, refunds or replacements cannot be offered for items damaged in shipping.

If your package arrives with noticeable damage, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim — they’re usually able to help resolve delivery issues. Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting our Collector Treasure Box TCG! 💛
