    Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

    This giveaway is sponsored by Collector’s Treasure Box TCG, located in New Jersey, USA.

    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter). By entering, participants release all platforms from any liability and acknowledge that all information is provided to Collector’s Treasure Box TCG and not to any platform.

    How to Enter

    Entry methods will be clearly described in each individual giveaway announcement. Typical methods may include following our page, liking a post, commenting, submitting a form, or engaging with specific content. 1 submission per person allowed per giveaway, duplicate submissions will be deleted.

    Entry Period

    Start and end dates for each giveaway will be specified in the official announcement. Entries submitted outside the designated entry period will not be eligible.

    Prizes

    Prizes vary by giveaway and will be detailed in the corresponding announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

    Winner Selection & Notification

    Winners will be selected at random using a verifiable method and notified via the platform where the giveaway was hosted (e.g., YouTube comment, email, or Instagram DM). Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

    Shipping Responsibility & Disclaimer

    Winners are responsible for covering the cost of shipping their prize.

    Estimated shipping cost: $5–$8 USD via USPS First-Class with tracking (U.S. only).

    Winners who choose not to pay shipping will forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
