Return & Cancellation Policy

At Collector’s Treasure Box TCG, all sales are final. Due to the collectible and sealed nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This includes:

• Sealed booster packs, boxes, or other unopened products
  
  

• Live stream purchases
  
  

• Final sale items and discounted inventory
  
  

💬 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at collectortreasurebox@gmail.com. We’re happy to review and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.

🔁 Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled before shipment only. If a cancellation is approved, a 15% restocking fee applies.
